        BIO: I was Born and raised in Residential Real Estate!

         

        From the time I was 12 years old I went to work with my Dad completing every aspect of home improvement. My Dad went on to build several dozen homes and I was as involved as I could be learning as much as I could with him.

         

        I earned my Real Estate license in 1984 and started full time in Real Estate Sales in 1987. I have achieved every aspect of success that any salesperson desires. I truly enjoy helping people and my slogan says it all "The Person who Cares for your Real Estate"

         

        I am a strong believer in real estate and advocate for it in all ways. I own and manage my own portfolio of rental properties as well as assist other owners with the management of their properties.

         

        I have worked the Central Florida area all my adult life and have achieved an unmatched knowledge of the area.

        Keith Finnerty is an excellent source of real estate market knowledge in the area. He is also considerate of both the seller's and buyer's viewpoints and works hard to reconcile those two perspectives into a win win outcome.         Keith went above and beyond any realtor I have felt with in the past. Keith kept us well informed, set up all appointments and provided excellent guidance along the way. He supported all our initial requests and covered us for many items needing attention when we were not locally available. Keith went above and beyond making himself available to open the house for contractors while we were traveling. Keith made himself available for questions and concerns all hours and weekends.
